Linguistic Studies: Theory and Practice, with an interdisciplinary approach in Persian and English languages, has obtained registration number 79791 dated 2021/6/20 from the Press and Information Affairs Department of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance. Additionally, it has received license number 20353-1401 dated 2023/1/18 from the Office of Research Policy and Planning of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. JLS has been granted scientific validity, Grade B, from Issue 1, Fall and Winter of 2022.

We would like to inform scholars that, according to the confirmation letter from the Press and Information Affairs Department of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance dated 2024/3/10, JLS will be published quarterly starting from 2024.

Ranking in the year 2022: Grade B.

We are pleased to announce that JLS has entered into a collaboration agreement with the "Iranian Linguistic Society" for the publication of scientific articles in the field of language studies.

JLS is ready to accept articles from scholars with an interdisciplinary linguistic perspective. The scope of the journal includes but is not limited to, Cultural Linguistics, Cognitive Linguistics, Forensic Linguistics, Historical Linguistics, Sensory Linguistics, Deaf Linguistics, Ecolinguistics, Neurolinguistics, Language Typology, with an emphasis on innovative approaches, in both Persian and English languages. Additionally, JLS welcomes articles that focus on educational and narrative approaches. Prospective authors who wish to submit their articles to this journal are required to first read the author guidelines and prepare their manuscripts according to the journal's writing guidelines. They should then register on the journal's website and proceed with the submission. It is worth noting that all submitted articles to this journal will undergo a similarity check using the Sina Web similarity detection system. After confirming the level of similarity, the articles will enter the review process.
