In today’s coaching is a necessary solution for people to achieve their goals and a linguistic analysis of this process is required. This study aims to conduct a linguistic analysis of the roles, questions, and stages of 40 individual, group, and organizational coaching sessions in the fields of health, business, and life using a descriptive-analytical method determine the frequency of different types of questions asked at each stage of these sessions, as well as to identify the type of questions based on Jakobson's verbal communication approach by uncovering main themes and various coaching elements and roles. Alongside identifying the most frequent types of questions, the coaching stages are linguistically distinguished, ultimately a conceptual model is provided. This model aims to integrate and localize the coaching process, The research findings indicate that out of the total questions , motivational-incentive questions, has the most frequency and the presented conceptual model can be helpful to recognize their mental desires .
